Exchange Policy
Unhappy with your item? No problem! I gladly accept exchanges per these rules:
You must:
- Contact me within 3 days of delivery
and
- Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
I do not accept returns or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items:
- Custom, altered, or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons, it's the law.)
- Sale items
Exchange details
Please read entire description for measurements, materials and item details and ask any questions prior to purchasing. All items sold are the exact items shown in the photos. Custom orders, customized items, as well as personalized items and items that you request be altered in any way, as well as books and DVDs, cannot be exchanged.
If you are not pleased with your jewelry item you may exchange it for another item in my shop. In the case of an exchange, you must contact us within 3 (three) days of receipt at: [email protected] and the item must be returned to us within 7 (seven) days of receipt. Item must be in original, unused, undamaged condition for a exchange to be granted and must include original packaging. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs. Buyer pays all return shipping and handling charges.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages once we have handed them over to the post office...please follow your tracking information provided for delivery inquiries.
Some items may require a signature upon delivery. All items are shipped to the address that you specify through PayPal, no exceptions.
*Custom orders made from your own china, customized items purchased from my shop that you have requested to be altered to your specifications, books, DVDs, and special orders through my shop are final sales and are not returnable or exchangeable.

Payment & Shipping
We accept all credit cards through PayPal.
Within USA we ship via USPS First Class Mail with package tracking. Most packages are shipped the same or next day.
Expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail is available at an additional cost. This option is available for customers within the United States only.
All international sales are charged a flat rate of $24.99 USD and any shipping overage will be refunded via PayPal after your exact shipping charges have been calculated. Any and all customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer:
*Important Note to International customers: It is every adult person's responsibility to know the stipulations of buying from overseas, set by your government. International customers outside of the United States please be aware that any additional customs duties/fees that your country charges you to receive your package are fully your responsibility.
Custom Work & Wholesale
For custom work inquiries send a photo or two of your china along with a description of what you would like made to sales@dishfunctionaldesigns and I will take a look at it and let you know if I can work with it.
I am not accepting wholesale orders at this time unless you are a museum shop or historical shop. Inquire with your url, brick and mortar address (you must have one), along with your contact info and what you were interested in. $500.00 opening order plus shipping.
